LATE POLICY: We kindly request that clients arrive on time for their scheduled appointments to ensure the best possible service experience for all. In the event that you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be cancelled to respect the time of other clients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our late policy to maintain a smooth and efficient schedule for everyone. If you anticipate being late, please notify us as soon as possible so we can make the necessary arrangements. If you choose to schedule another appointment time, another deposit must be made. CANCELLATION POLICY: Any appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time , will result in forfeiture of your deposit. An additional deposit will need to be made to schedule another appointment. NO CALL NO SHOW POLICY: In the event of a missed appointment without prior notification, the deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit is required to schedule another appointment. In addition, a charge of 50% of the service fee may apply. RESCHEDULING POLICY: You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Given enough notice, you may transfer your deposit made to a later date/appointment. If you are rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment time, you will forfeit your deposit and will not be able to transfer the deposit. A new deposit will need to be made.
